Surface TG5
The subtractive surface for titanium grade 4 implants is, to begin with, gently conditioned by aluminium-oxide particles. Subsequently, the implants are structured by an acid treatment. The treatment of the implants takes place according to validated processes.
Advantages of the process are:
- excellent surface cleanliness
- good biocompatibility
Characteristics of the Surface:
- homogeneous surface structure
- roughness: 2,5 mµ +/- 0,5 mµ
- visual appearance: matt, grey
