All process-accompanying documents are made available to our customers in a download portal within 72 hours after the goods have been sent. The documents are, of course, saved on a customer-specific basis and protected against third-party access. For reasons of enhanced privacy, we use RSA encryption.

Scope of available documents

General process documents for the delivered products and services (e.g. validation reports and facility qualifications) are also available to our customers and are always available in the secure download portal.

Inspection plans, material certifications as well as sterilisation certifications with the customer specific batch number are available to download in the download-centre in a timely manner.
